FAÇADES.- Exterior walls with 20-cm thick vibrated double-air-chamber concrete-block brickwork. Insulation compliant with the standards required for thermal conditions - NBE/CT, and acoustic conditions - NBE/CA. Finishing in a top-quality continuous single layer of a colour blending into the landscape.

FLOORS.- Flat walkway floors. Sealed and heat-insulated with a double-layer aluminium sheet.

EXTERIOR CARPENTRY.- Top-quality robust anodised aluminium profile in a colour blending with the whole. Airtight glazing with Climalit 4+6+4 air chamber. Foldable shutters made with high-density panels. Terrace handrails in solid and galvanised steel, thin so as not to obstruct views, with primer and paintwork in a colour blending in with the surroundings.
